Participants are solely responsible for the decisions and actions they take based on discussions or suggestions from the Company, its representatives, or other group members. The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or negative consequences resulting from participation in the program.
Consulting sessions are for general guidance only and should not be considered as a substitute for professional advice in legal, financial, tax, or other specialized fields. Participants are encouraged to seek advice from qualified professionals for their specific needs.
By participating in Westward Collective programs, members agree to the above terms and release the Company from any and all claims of liability arising from their participation.

Welcome to Westward Collective! By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to small business owners with annual revenue under $10,000,000.

Westward Collective reserves the right to accept or decline membership applications.
2. Membership Fees

Membership is $299 per month and includes one monthly group meeting and one 1-on-1 consulting session.

Fees are billed monthly and must be paid in full by the due date. Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of membership.
3. Services Provided

Membership includes:

Access to monthly group meetings for collaboration and networking.

One monthly 1-on-1 session with a consultant to address personalized business challenges and opportunities.

Westward Collective does not guarantee specific business outcomes or results from participation.
4. Confidentiality

Members agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive or proprietary information shared during group meetings or consulting sessions.

Westward Collective is not responsible for breaches of confidentiality by other members.
5. Participation and Conduct

Members are expected to participate actively, respectfully, and professionally during group meetings.

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of membership without a refund.
6. Cancellations and Refunds

Members may cancel their membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for fees already paid.

Westward Collective may cancel a membership at its discretion for failure to comply with these terms.
7. Rescheduling and Missed Sessions

Group meetings are scheduled in advance and will not be rescheduled for individual members.

Missed 1-on-1 sessions may be rescheduled at the discretion of Westward Collective, provided sufficient notice is given.
